The CLAT exam is a test, comprising questions with multiple-choice options, testing the students upon various subject matters. The pattern of this test consists of five sections, namely, English Language, Current Affairs, Legal Reasoning, Logical Reasoning, and Quantitative Techniques. The total number of questions is close to 150, wherein one mark is awarded for every correct answer and -0.25 marks are deducted for each wrong answer. The exam is concluded in one single session, usually for two hours. They should, therefore, prepare lucidly with both comprehension and law principles accompanied by logical reasoning to emerge successful in this very competitive law entrance exam intended to gain admission to some of the best law schools in India.
