So far, so good!
I have not added the arm bands to it yet, so this review is just for the stair stepper part. Loved that it came assembled and ready to use. I set it on the littlest it came with, and put it in front of the TV and got to work!
After a few mins I could FEEL my legs crying for mercy, lol, and I walk about 10 miles a week. I’m training for a Rim to Rim hike in the Grand Canton, and I wanted something to supplement other training. After using it a few times, for just a few minutes most days a week, I already feel my legs getting stronger— especially my quads!
